Feel the air fill your lungs,

Breath out 2...3...4.. 

Feel your soul as you ground and connect to the earth.

Breath 2...3...4...

Allow your Breath to carry away what's not needed today.

Let your minds eye open into veiw

The sun is high in the sky on this very warm summers day  You find yourself sitting comfortably in the shade with your back against your tree...breathe deeply and know that you are one.

Your roots are deep and your branches reach far and wide. Spread out in every direction under and above the ground.

The wisdom within is where the answers you seek are to be found.

What's a waterqueen to do...?

She thought she knew the plan...

turned out different and again blue.

Set in motion with so much emotion that...She lost her zen somewhere in the ocean.

Thyme lost, expectation stops...ahh what is the personal cost?

Now scratchin her head and wondering out loud...

Is it my imagination? Thoughts drifting along in the clouds.

Signs of hope and rays of light...

Summer edge is a welcoming sight.

Red, Orange, yellow, green and every shade in-between. Blue and Indigo...let the colors flow naturally blossom and grow.

In the garden of veg, fruit and flower...

grateful sunny rain showers.

What is the lesson? What did you learn???
